DSP Week Staff Spotlight – Meet Sarah

Her work includes assisting with personal care, coordinating appointments, helping with household routines, and creating a comfortable, engaging home where everyone can thrive.

Her favourite part of the job: building strong connections and seeing growth, independence, and happiness over time.

A standout memory: shopping for Christmas gifts for clients, then working Christmas Day to open presents together. The smiles around the tree made the day unforgettable.

Outside of Sunbeam, Sarah enjoys candle making, fitness classes, hiking, and time with family and friends. Fun fact: she runs a small candle business called Lunar Love that promotes relaxation and self-care.
