Sunbeam Community & Developmental Services welcomes feedback from persons-served and other stakeholders. We encourage your feedback and respond to concerns, questions, compliments and complaints in our ongoing efforts supporting continuous quality improvement in our service delivery.
We are committed to receiving and reviewing all feedback and complaints seriously, fairly, and confidentially. Reports made in good faith will be assessed promptly, investigated as appropriate, and handled without retaliation against the individual raising the concern. Sunbeam will not be expected to resolve complaints that are frivolous, vexatious, made in bad faith or are without merit.
