Before you experience our Snoezelen Lounge for the first time, we require our visitors to watch our introductory videos on its operational, safety and equipment features.

This information will allow you to have the best experience with your time in the Lounge.

Nicole Tailby will walk you through the features of the equipment. You’ll learn how to turn things on, their use and function and general etiquette during your visit.

Phill Karasinski will demonstrate safety and operational features of the Lounge. This includes how to get to the room, emergency procedures, the locations of oxygen and a defibrillator, and how to clean up after your visit.
