Equitable Life Volunteers at Sunbeam for the 12th Year in a Row!

On June 3rd, a team of nine dedicated volunteers spent the day beautifying the gardens at our Kingsway Drive location.

This year marks the 12th year that Steve Jennings, Senior Compliance Consultant, Audit and Ombudsman at Equitable Life and his amazing group have chosen Sunbeam for their annual community volunteer day!

For the first time, the group focused their efforts at our main facility, after years of enhancing our group homes. The day was filled with meaningful connections as they enjoyed lunch made by our day program staff, toured the building, and chatted with participants in our day program!

We’re also thrilled to share that some of the volunteer’s children have chosen Sunbeam for their university volunteer and placement hours!
