Meet Alfin!

As a Community Living Aide and Recreation Ambassador at Sunbeam Community and Developmental Services, Alfin supports individuals with developmental disabilities.

Since 2023, Alfin has been promoting independence and organizing recreational programs at Sunbeam. Centered around enhancing the overall well-being of the individuals he supports, Alfin’s dedication and passion shine through every project he works on.

For Alfin, making a meaningful impact on the individuals he works with by inspiring them to grow and achieve their goals is one of the most enjoyable aspects of his job.

While organizing events that allow individuals to try out new skills or activities is a significant aspect of Alfin’s job, witnessing the excitement and sense of achievement in participants consistently reaffirms his passion for serving the community.

In his personal life, Alfin loves to travel, learn new skills and explore different cultures. Allowing his creativity and curiosity to shine in the work he does, Sunbeam is fortunate to have Alfin as one of our Community Living Aide and Recreation Ambassadors.
