Meet Yolanda! 

For 19 years, Yolanda has been a steady presence at Sunbeam, bringing care and attention to every corner of the building. Her role goes beyond cleaning; it’s about creating a welcoming space where clients and staff alike can feel at ease and thrive.
“I take pride in knowing that my work helps make this place feel like home,” Yolanda shares. “When the environment is clean and comfortable, everyone can focus on what matters most.”

Over the years, Yolanda has witnessed and contributed to many memorable moments. Before the pandemic, she was greeted by clients with warm hugs, a simple yet profound gesture that reminded her daily of the human connections at the heart of her work.
One Christmas, a member of Sunbeam’s management crafted a wooden Christmas tree and gifted it to Yolanda after she admired the piece. “That act of kindness meant so much to me, especially during that time in my life,” she reflects.

When Sunbeam reorganized the 3rd floor to create the new Kerry’s Place office area, Yolanda felt a deep sense of pride. “Seeing the people who moved into those offices made me feel that my work played an important role in helping them do their jobs well,” she says.

Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys Aquafit, travelling, and staying active through exercise.
