Hospital visits and stays can be part of life for many people we support. Families balance many responsibilities from work to caring for other family members, and being present at every moment during a hospital stay isn’t always possible.
That’s why the Hospital Care Program is here to walk alongside families and ensure the people we support always have trusted Direct Support Professionals by their side. Together, we create comfort, support and advocacy in the moments that matter most.
