Book-a-Chat Events – DSO Central West Region

Twice a year, Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) Central West Region’s team offers ‘Book-a-Chat’ days. Individuals, caregivers and families are encouraged to RSVP for a scheduled one-on-one meeting with a DSO staff member from their local office (Milton, Mississauga or Kitchener). These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss community resources, complete file updates, and address inquiries about process or next steps. Whether a person has been connected to DSO for several years, a few months, or this is their first time reaching out for more details, our staff are prepared to help navigate the conversation.
