Sunbeam is complex in both the scope of services offered and the complex needs of the individuals and families we serve. That is why I’m excited for the course we have set for the next five years. This new course will drive innovation and growth within the different divisions of Sunbeam and Sunbeam as a whole.
Having a clearly defined strategic plan allows us to be proactive which enables us to utilize our strengths as an organization and identify additional needs to support our new directions.
I am pleased to unveil this plan to our wonderful and supportive community.
