Meet Eric!

Over time, the team carefully explored different options until they found an activity that truly resonated with Eric — something meaningful he could genuinely look forward to and enjoy. That breakthrough came when his mom suggested revisiting one of his childhood passions: horseback riding at Pride Stables.

After some patience and planning, Eric began weekly riding sessions in October — and it was an instant connection. When Eric is at Pride Stables, it’s easy to see just how much the experience means to him. Being outdoors, breathing in the fresh air, and spending time with the horses brings out a calm, happy, and confident side of Eric that is wonderful to witness.

We are proud and deeply moved to support Eric in an activity that fills his heart with genuine joy and brings happiness and well-being into his life. Finding opportunities like this is at the very heart of what Sunbeam stands for — creating truly inclusive communities where every person, regardless of ability, is deeply valued and celebrated.
